Valuation of both civil and Mechanical Assets
We are registered valuers of land, buildings, Plant & Machinery. By virtue of this, we are able to value the entire assets of company, firm, individual, etc. for the purpose of income tax, sales tax, and central excise and for submission to any Government Agencies or department.
Valuation for Banks & Financial Institution
Our Company had been empanelled in the most Premier Financial Institution like IDBI, ICICI, IFCI, etc. We have carried out 10,000 valuations to these Institution in the past, with the very major assets running to hundreds of crores.
Further almost all the nationalized banks starting from State Bank of India to Union Bank of India have empanelled us and are relying more on our services.

We had carried out several stock audits for several industries at the behest of their bankers. Our experience helps us to segregate the goods as per their grade, quality & stage of operation. Our market knowledge enables us to assign values for them.
We are assisted by Chartered Accountants to peruse the relevant records and compare the arrived values with the book values. We have enough manpower to complete any volume of work in a week's time.
Valuation for Partition/Division
Occasions where individuals want to partition the assets between them, may like to evaluate the assets and also suggest a mode of partition. We had carried out several such partition amicable to all the parties involved wherein we stood our ground in explaining our values convincing to both the parties.
Companies or firm contemplating merger or division can approach us to evaluate their fixed assets and give an item wise value list, which will serve them as an inventory cum valuation.
