When a customer comes to us asking for clarifications on a particular subject, of which little is known, we never leave him unreciprocated. We learn about it and gather more details to serve him or at least serve him with the tips we had learnt. But for this virtue, we would not have landed up in this spectrum of services.
We also believe in the epithet "a client has the right to be wrong", since it is his ignorance that brings him to us and we are paid to clear the ignorance and educate him.
Background
RM. MAYILERU & Co., was established by Mr. RM. Mayileru in 1979 as an individual. By then he was a graduate Mechanical Engineer having an experience of 7 years in machine shops of M/s. Ashok Leyland Ltd., Ennore and Kemph India, Coimbatore.
Initially he undertook works like servicing and testing of cranes, preparing civil plan, supervising the building constructions etc. Owing to his performance and values of work culture namely sincerity and integrity; he was entrusted with other works like valuation, inspection, liaison etc.
With assignments flowing in from all the sectors, Mr. RM. Mayileru established a company by his name in 1983, wherein associates had started joining and sharing the proceeds.
Today, we at RM. MAYILERU & Co., work as an agglomerate of 12 graduate engineers from various disciplines to take care of all sorts of requirements. We are ably assisted by adequate technical and ministerial staff.
We also have a legal wing within our organisation to scrutinize the issues from legal angle. Advocates are in our roll to fight out in the courts, should there be any tribulations to our clients from outside.
Now, we are a crew of 35 highly skilled personnel working as a team solely due to the clarity of work culture infused by the founder namely it is not the responsibilities alone to be shared but also the proceeds.
