To obtain Explosive License for Storing Petroleum Product (HSD, HFO, Methanol, etc)
To obtain Explosive License for storing petroleum products in large tanks for Industrial purposes. The license is permanent on renewing it every 10-years at a license fee of Rs. 1000/- per annum up to 50KL and the life of installation (tank) is 30 years and more. You save on some nuisances and invisible losses. You need not depute 3 or 4 workers to go along with a hired tempo (hiring charges Rs. 400/- to 500/-) wasting half a day to a nearby Petrol Bunk, who will again deliver you lessor than what you pay for, spillage while filling there and while at drawing out. Main fact is the cost saving namely - the wholesale rate at which you are being invoiced which is atleast 3% lesser than buying from bunks.
Safety Valve Testing under SMPV Act
In case you have a tank of any Gas, under SMPV Act, the tank and the valves need to be tested and certified every year or once in 3 years. Such certification can be done by us. We are equipped with necessary test benches for the same.
To obtain explosive license for storage of gases
You plan to hold gas in tanks or in small cylinders, say, LPG, Chlorine, Hydrogen etc. We can undertake the work of designing, planning and obtaining you the license for the same.
To Hydraulic test of storage tanks
All types of storage tanks are tested hydrostatically by means of hydraulic pump and water column method as per BIS Standard.
